How do I reserve my date?
Thank you for considering us for your special day! To get started, please message us on our Contact Page with your wedding details. We'll follow up with a quick call or email to discuss your plans and answer any questions you may have. Once you're ready, we'll send you the contract and invoice via email to look over, and you'll be able to sign the contract and make payments all online.
How far in advance should I book your services?
Popular months like March to June and September to December tend to fill up quickly in South Carolina. If you're considering videography, we recommend booking early, as most brides secure their dates 6 months to 1.5 in advance. However, we still have some dates available within the next 6 months! To ensure personalized attention for each couple, we limit our availability. If you're interested, feel free to send us an inquiry on our Contact page!
Can I help pick the music for the video?
At Fire and Moon Videography, we take care of the cost for legally licensed music in Highlight Film, ensuring your video can be shared on social media without any hassles. While the initial song may be unfamiliar, most couples grow to love their selected track. If you feel it doesn't resonate with you, feel free to request a different one! We offer "Mini Films," 90-second clips perfect for Instagram and Facebook Reels, where you can choose your favorite song to make it truly yours.
Can I make changes to the film before it's posted to social media?
We always provide our clients with the first viewing of their wedding video. If there are any clips that need adjusting before posting, just let know, and we'll be happy to make it right!"
Can I have or purchase the RAW files to our wedding>
No. At Fire and Moon Videography we believe your wedding film should be a finished product, not an unfinished file. RAW footage consists of unedited clips, unseen transitions, and uncorrected audio and color. Because our creative identity is tied to the final product, we DO NOT release the RAW footage for free or for purchase.
